Blueberry oatmeal smoothie

This recipe produces 32 ounces of smoothie, about 500 calories.  With the oatmeal and flax it's reasonably hearty.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp ground flax
1 banana, frozen or fresh
2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 tbsp agave nectar
2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Thoroughly grind the oatmeal in the blender.

Add the other ingredients and blend at medium until smooth (~90 seconds).

Drink immediately or refrigerate.
