Ingredients
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground mustard
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Equipment
Whisk, blender, immersion blender, food processor or jar with sealable lid.
Directions
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients except the oil.
Gradually add the olive oil while and blend until emulsified.
